Privacy policy

What the app stores and where

Everything you create in RITUO TRACK is stored locally on your phone and is never uploaded to any server of ours:

• Your habits, completions, streaks, notes and attached photos.
• Your conversations with the AIF assistant (daily chat cache).
• AIF's memory: what you choose for it to remember (family, tastes, preferences) and its personality.
• Your AI API keys, encrypted in the device's secure storage.
• Your app preferences (language, country, theme, voice).

We have no access to any of this. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, it is removed from your phone.

AI providers (your keys)

The AIF assistant runs on your own key from the AI providers you choose (Gemini, Cerebras, Groq, Mistral and others). When you write to it, your message is sent directly from your phone to the provider you configured, under that provider's terms and privacy policy. We don't act as an intermediary, and we never see your keys or the content of those exchanges.

Device permissions

The app requests a few permissions only for its features, and you can always deny or revoke them in Settings:

• Location: to show you the weather and nearby places. Used only with the app open and it never leaves your phone.
• Microphone: for voice dictation. Transcription is done by the Android engine.
• Notifications, exact alarm, full screen and battery: so your habit reminders ring on time.

What we DON'T do

• We don't collect or sell personal data.
• We don't use third-party trackers or advertising.
• We don't require sign-up, account or email.
• We have no backend that stores your information.

Children & changes

The app is not directed to children under 13. If we update this policy, we'll publish the new version on this same page with its date.
